Meet the Director: Keith Patterson
A University of Michigan graduate, Patterson worked in LA television for 15 years before returning home in 2018 to launch Manitou Films. He received the 2024 State History Award for his past work, including Lake Leelanau, Spirit of the Lake and Beer City, USA. With a focus on storytelling rooted in Michigan’s culture, he continues to raise the bar in regional documentary filmmaking.
